Our Story
Nutrition Planett started as a small clinic blog, answering the same questions patients asked every day: “How many carbs should I eat with diabetes?”, “Which fats are actually healthy?”, “What should my child take in their lunchbox?”. We saw how much confusing, conflicting nutrition information was circulating online — often without any consideration for real foods, cultural habits, or medical history.
Today, our team of registered dietitians and nutritionists combines clinical experience, local food culture, and international guidelines to create clear, actionable content for readers around the world.
